Downtown District
Portland's
Downtown District (PDD) is a not-for-profit 501c(4) organization
founded in 1992. It is funded by a tax assessment on property
within the boundaries of the District. All property owners and
tenants are considered members of Portland's Downtown District.
The
mission of Portland's Downtown District (PDD) is to act as a
leader and facilitator in the support and promotion of the economic
vitality of downtown Portland.
