  PORTLAND, Maine – Portland Downtown, a 501c4 nonprofit downtown improvement district, is pleased to announce that nominations are open for seven seats on its volunteer board of directors. Property owners & business stakeholders in the downtown district (see map here) may submit a nomination online at portlandmaine.com/nominations.
