Join us for an evening celebrating the arts and the Irish influence through poetry, traditional music, and the visual arts. The cultural thread of the literary, music, and visual arts and traditions, whether in Ireland or in America, will be front and center for your enjoyment.

The program will feature six Irish poets presenting their original work virtually from Ireland and six from this region reading their work live. The program will include performances from some of the area’s best traditional musicians and also feature accomplished local visual artists showing their work throughout the evening.

The event is a collaboration between the Irish American Club of Maine, the Maine Irish Heritage Center, and The Cafe Review. The Cafe Review is a Portland-based quarterly journal of poetry and art.
