Old Port Historic Workouts was created and designed by fitness professional Leigh Rush Olson for all fitness levels that entails a 90 minute workout beginning with a warm-up followed by speed walking or light jogging to various landmarks and monuments to discuss historical facts and anecdotes of the Old Port’s rich history, all while performing various exercises for a super total body workout! Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Old Port Historic Workouts are available every Saturday at 9AM (April through October). Meet at Monument Square in Portland, Maine next to the “Our Lady of Victories Monument.” Advanced tickets required at ticketweb.com. $25 per person. Ticket sales turn off at 9:30PM the night before. Kids under 16 are free with paying adult!
