Portland Public Library and Portland Stage continue Page to Stage series with a discussion about “Sex and Other Disturbances” Tuesday, May 8 th at noon in the Rines Auditorium.

Portland Public Library continues the Page to Stage discussion series in partnership with Portland Stage on Tuesday, April 10 th in the Rines Auditorium with a conversation about “Sex
and Other Disturbances” by Marisa Smith. The play will be performed at Portland Stage Company from May 1 st through 20th . Cast and/or crew members from the show will participate
in the discussion and talk about themes of the play and the creative process the performance.

Portland Stage hosts the world premiere of New England playwright Marisa Smith’s latest play. When your husband is too busy buying cabins in Newfoundland for the apocalypse, what’s the
harm in having a little affair? Sarah finds out the hard way in this fast-paced comedy about friendship, love, sex, and other disturbances.

Page to Stage is an opportunity to engage in questions about the plays, playwrights, and ideas presented on Portland Stage Company’s Main Stage. The discussion is facilitated by Portland
Stage artistic staff and free and open to the public.
