The Running With Scissors Steamy Summer Print Jam steamroller printing block party is back! On July 30th we’ll print oversized blocks (4×4′ – 4×8′) by eight local artists and groups with–you guessed it–a three-ton asphalt roller!

There will be music, family-friendly activities, food and beverage, and art for sale. This event is free and open to the public. Neighboring businesses will be offering different events throughout the day. Take a stroll around the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland and support the local community.

Featured artists and groups include: Anna O’Sullivan and Doug von Werssowetz, The Peregrine Press, Jamie Wing, Pickwick Independent Press, Lucy Ericson and partner Nate, Norajean Ferris, MECA, and an RWS members’ block.

Participating block party neighbors include: Goodfire Brewing, Tandem, Belleflower Brewing, Blue Lobster Wine, Cove Street Arts, Dean’s Sweets, Ghee Portland, Indigo Arts Alliance, J. E. Paterack, Rising Tide Brewing, Taproot, Urban Farm Fermentory, Zero Station Gallery, and Zach Bowen.
