The Studio and Friends is an artist collaboration joining for a night of music to raise support for The Recording Club, a new audio production training program launched by founder, Ryan Ordway, at The Studio Portland. The Recording Club provides vocational training for aspiring engineers and producers, creates career paths in the recording arts, and is a creative hub for bands and artists. In the style of “The Last Waltz,” this event will feature one backing band and a lineup of artists who are contributing to The Recording Club’s mission to unite and elevate Maine’s music scene.
